The Shrine Circus

John and I took Jack to the circus on Saturday. Jack loved the elephants, horses, clowns, and motorcycles. He was slightly overstimulated I think by all the commotion. It was nice to do something as a family before the new baby comes.

Snow day!

Well folks we got a good couple feet of snow out there. John and Jack spent a good part of the day shoveling and we still can't use our front entry. There have been people snowshoeing and snowmobiling down our street and kids sledding down the drifts. Park point is still closed, so Joe and Michelle hope you guys bought enough canned goods.

Jackson is 2!

Jackson had a great time at his birthday party. He got overloaded with all his favorite goods, balloons, an Elmo tool bench, books, and cake. It was really cute how excited he was.

The Latest

We haven't posted for awhile (again). Here's the latest. School for spring semester starts on Tuesday the 16th. Nora has started her internship at Northwoods Children's Services in their foster care department. She has to knock out 400 hours before the first week of April, when the new baby is due. She should have enough time if it doesn't get too uncomfortable for her. She's a trooper and very determined.
We started Jack at a new daycare this semester. It's an in-home daycare and they have a very flexible schedule. We don't have to be restricted to certain days and they take infants. That will be nice if we decide we need it once we have the baby.
